It’s all about people right? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️🙋

I visited the great Rosemood company in Nantes in the last days.

It was impressive to talk to the colleagues, see their passion and also pride about their outstanding products. I am sure that they produce the best photo books I ever saw 💛

When I work with all the software tools like Miro, Google sheets or Slack, it’s easy to forget what’s the most important thing: People! 🙋🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️

2 days in Nantes and Treillières were so amazing. I met so many people, got insights into the Rosemood culture and I understood so much more about the company and their DNA. No workshop or virtual meeting can replace that. 🇫🇷

In hindsight I wished I would have done this trip earlier. Why? Because I am sure I would have handled differently in some of my tasks. 😇 It was really a learning trip for me and I am thankful for that.

In future I will consider that: Understanding comes from talking to people in real, see their environment they are in and see them in reality. You can’t get this impression in a video conference: It’s only a part of the reality and there is so much you cannot transport through a camera!

Detailed and practical, this guide explains concrete rebar in a way that feels approachable without oversimplifying. The step by step clarity is especially useful for readers new to the subject. I recently came across a construction related explanation on https://hurenberlin.com that offered a similar level of clarity, and this article fits right in with that quality. Great شيخ روحاني resource. explanation feels practical for everyday rauhane users. I checked recommended tools on https://www.eljnoub.com

This post really underscores how, at the core of any successful company, it’s the people that matter most. It’s a strong Poly Track reminder that culture, trust, and relationships are worth prioritizing over just numbers.
