We work with a high degree of self organization and flexibility: agile, cross-functional and growth-oriented. We prefer to give our tech teams control over their own work, following the mindset of "you build it, you run it". Everybody is responsible for the quality of our products, so we give you the freedom to make decisions and iterate quickly whenever needed. We define and measure our KPIs, make our improvements transparent, and react based on results. The continuous improvement of our products and services is part of our engineering strategy, and performance testing is a standard procedure after every release.

Remote work is nothing new to us, and especially not our tech functions. You can work fully remote from Germany, or from the office in one of our locations, or simply follow a hybrid model.

To benefit from each other's skills, ideas and knowledge, we make sure that even in a remote setup we are all connected and organize regular meetups to exchange work topics and also have fun together. Whether remote or office work, part-time or full-time - you work the way that suits you best.
