This year I decided to change the company I work for to have more time with my family and reduce the time commuting to work. 🚆
In my previous job I traveled a lot between my home town and Berlin. That was okay, but of course it was a trade off with my family life. 👨👩👦
Now I work 100% remote with the option to be in the celebrate company Hamburg office. During the last 12 weeks I visited the office almost every week! I was able to combine it bringing my son to the kindergarten. 🤩 In addition I visited my Rosemood colleagues in France.
This type of freedom works much better for me! I am not forced to go to the office, but have the option to do it 👍

In the first 12 weeks I had the following 5 goals 👇
1. Get to know every member of my team, set up reporting lines and team structure.
2. Get a first feeling of improvement opportunities in my department.
3. Synch with the CEO about my understanding of product management and the expectations about the next year.
4. Identify partners in crime and key stakeholders to work with and start building relationships.
5. Make the first impact as a product leader.
Even though I still have some more things to do, I achieved progress in all of them. That’s important to me! 🤨 Why?
The faster I get a connection to the team, clarify the work related, critical questions and get in synch with the CEO and my colleagues, the faster I can bring value to my team and company! 💎
As a leader I have to find out for myself what’s necessary to make impact and if I can make impact in existing structures.
Never forget that’s it’s also a decision if YOU want to stay in a company or not. Too many people believe that only the company must decide if you fit or not, but that’s wrong. 🫵
At celebrate company I have the feeling that I can make an impact in the upcoming months and years. I will be able to create value for the people I work with, for our customers and business. Of course it’s a lot of work, but that was expected! Life would be boring for me without big challenges. 🚀

Capella Assessments: Redefining Student Success Through Competency-Based Learning
Education has always been a gateway to opportunity, but the way student achievement is measured is evolving rapidly. Traditional education systems often rely on timed exams, memorization, and one-off projects to evaluate mastery. However, in today’s fast-paced professional world, these Capella Assessment methods are no longer enough to prepare graduates for the complex demands of their careers. Capella University has taken an innovative step with Capella Assessments, a model built on competency-based education (CBE) that emphasizes applied learning and measurable skills. This article explores the philosophy, structure, and significance of Capella Assessments, highlighting how they prepare students for both academic and career success.
What Are Capella Assessments?

The curriculum within advanced bim online courses must evolve to address the integration of point cloud data from laser scanning into legacy building models. Managing scan-to-BIM workflows for historic preservation or complex retrofits introduces tolerance variations that standard design software cannot automatically reconcile. Historic England technical papers document the structural risks of applying rigid parametric constraints to non-standard historical masonry. A particular mathematical variance in mesh-to-surface conversion algorithms continues to cause systemic geometric distortion.
