Nothing can beat meeting people in person! Although we have been working together remotely, physically being with my colleagues was the main reason why I feel like the workshop has been a success! The little moments at the coffee machine were just as valuable as working together in the workshop.

Creating a feedback process together builds connection. Everyone gave and received feedback differently in their previous teams, and we aligned to come up with a common feedback approach. Now I know all my team members strengths, competencies and what I can learn from them. This makes it easier in the future to be more productive as a team.
