For our customers, we are available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Within this timeframe, your working hours are scheduled in shifts, which may vary from week to week depending on needs. You will receive your shift schedule one month in advance. If you would like to work in the Design Service, Mondays and Fridays are fixed working days. In Order Checking, we preferably work in the mornings.

To make your working hours easier to plan, we offer fixed workday rhythms:

• 5-day model (Monday to Friday)

• 4-day model with Wednesdays off

• 4-day model with Thursdays off

Your working hours will be planned by us according to the needs of incoming customer requests. Your working hours will be made available to you in a shift plan. This is always drawn up for a whole month in advance so that you can also plan for the long term.

Yes, it can happen that we need support on weekends in case of capacity bottlenecks.

Yes, you will need a PC/laptop and a stable internet connection. For the media design/design service role, you ideally own the Adobe Creative Suite.

No, but you are free to work from anywhere within Germany. You must also be registered and have health insurance in Germany.

For customer and design service, there is an onboarding phase lasting several weeks at the beginning of your employment, with Q&A sessions and self-study. You will then be introduced to the job by experienced colleagues. You will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout your employment (e.g. via chat or in weekly check-ins).

In order checking, your onboarding will only take a few days. Here, too, you will receive detailed instruction from experienced colleagues.
